PERSONAL DUA FOR RIGHTEOUS PARTNERSHIP AND FAMILY

O Allah, guide me to the right partner, one who will help me obey You and live a righteous life. Grant me patience and wisdom to recognize the right person, and facilitate our union at the right time. Grant me righteous children who will grow up to be a source of joy and pride for me, and a means of me leaving a positive legacy behind. May they be guided by Your commandments and live their lives according to the Quran and Sunnah. Allah, grant me wisdom, love, and compassion in my marriage and family life. Protect me from fitnah and guide me on the straight path. May my family be a source of sadaqah jariyah, an ongoing charity, for me after I pass on. May my marriage and family be a means of attaining Your pleasure and earning Your rewards. AMEEN YA MUJEEB.

LEAVING A GRAND LEGACY BEHIND: An Islamic Perspective

In Islam, the concept of legacy extends far beyond material wealth. A grand legacy, in the Islamic sense, encompasses the positive impact one leaves on the world, the faith, and the community. It's about cultivating a life of purpose, guided by the principles of the Quran and the Sunnah. Understanding Legacy in Islam The Quran emphasizes the importance of leaving a righteous legacy. In Surah Al-Kahf, verse 46, Allah says, "Wealth and sons are the adornment of the worldly life. But the righteous deeds which endure are better in the sight of your Lord for reward and better in respect of hope." This verse highlights the fleeting nature of worldly possessions and the enduring value of righteous deeds. A grand legacy, therefore, is built on the foundation of faith, good character, and contributions to the greater good. Pillars of a Grand Legacy 1. Faith and Righteousness: A strong foundation of faith and righteous living is essential for building a grand legacy. This includes ...

MY STAND: HOLDING FIRMLY TO THE ROPE OF ALLAH

As a Muslim, my guiding principle is rooted in the Quran and the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). One verse that resonates deeply with me is the command to "hold firmly to the rope of Allah, and don't be divided" [Q3:103]. This powerful message emphasizes the importance of unity and cohesion among Muslims, reminding us to cling to the divine guidance provided by Allah. The Significance of Unity In today's world, where differences and divisions often seem insurmountable, the Quran's message of unity is more relevant than ever. By holding firmly to the rope of Allah, Muslims are reminded to  - Maintain Strong Bonds: Unity is not just a desirable trait but a fundamental aspect of the Islamic faith. The Quran and Hadith emphasize the importance of coming together as a community, supporting one another, and standing united in face of adversity. - Avoid Disunity: Division and fragmentation can lead to weakness and vulnerability. THE WORLD HOLDS LESS SIGNIFICANCE FOR THOSE WITH INTEGRITY

In a world where external validation and material success often take center stage, it's refreshing to consider the perspective of individuals with integrity. For those who prioritize their values and principles above all else, the world's opinions and temptations hold less significance. This mindset allows them to navigate life's challenges with a sense of purpose and direction that is not easily swayed by external factors. The Power of Integrity Integrity is about being true to oneself and living in accordance with one's values and principles. It's about being honest, transparent, and accountable in all aspects of life. When individuals possess integrity, they are more likely to make decisions that align with their moral compass, even when faced with difficult choices. A Different Perspective For those with integrity, the world's significance is diminished because they are not driven by the need for external validation. They are not swayed by the opinions of ot...

SIGNS OF ALLAH'S POWER AND MERCY

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Allah is one, the sole creator and sustainer of the universe. He begets not, nor is He begotten, and none is like Him. His signs are evident in creation: - He created humans from dust, and from spouses, He brought tranquility and love. - The diversity of languages, colors, and the cycle of day and night are signs of His power. - The heavens and earth stand by His command, and He revives the earth with rain. - The winds bring good tidings, and ships sail by His command. We are reminded to worship only Allah, the creator of the sun, moon, and stars. He gives life and death, and His command is absolute. The Quran testifies to the resurrection and the afterlife.
